Our system is built upon the principle of an ongoing communication between the project owner, the service provider and the project supervisor. Your dashboard is the principal channel used to track your project and communicate with the company and the professionals assigned to your project.
Once your project is accepted, you will be prompted to enter your payment details before your template and budget will get approved and signatures made.
After you submit your payment, you will see a payment confirmation screen. It will contain your payment confirmation message. It will show an authorization code for credit cards or a processed number for electronic check. You will also receive a confirmation email after your transaction is submitted. The email will include your account number, invoice number, amount paid, and confirmation message.
The system will notify you every time an update on your project is posted on your dashboard. An update can come from the completion of a milestone of your timeline, a payment reminder or payment notice, as well as a particular communication from the service provider, project supervisor or the company management.
Normally no. But you can only start with one project at a time. Other projects can be added in your account as needed, after the management review.
Our system is PCI DSS compliant ensuring that your data are protected with the best technology available. The PCI DSS standards were created by major card organizations such as Visa®, Mastercard®, Discover®, and American Express®.
Through our merchant accounts at Bank of America, we have partnered with Clover Security Plus for all our incoming payment transactions.
Your data are secured by Authorize.net that runs the PCI Rapid Comply portal where the transactions are made. The card data are encrypted, and sensitive card data are tokenized (replaced with randomly generated numbers that can’t be used to conduct fraudulent transactions). Accounts numbers are not stored in our system on purpose.
You will always be presented with a selection of vetted service providers available for the location of your project. Each service provider profile features their rating, references and samples of projects completed. All service providers with which Dhaxle works meet the minimum following criteria:
Any perceived discrepancy should immediately be brought to the attention of management and follow the review process for correction if confirmed. Further action should be subject to the Terms and Conditions defined by the company and previously approved by the users.
Yes. As long as your project fits in the categories of projects managed and handled by our network, your timeline can be converted into our WBS functionality. Therefore, you can normally register and validate your project in our platform.
Yes. Subscription fees pay for the usage of the platform, its features and the local supervision by Dhaxle experts and staff. Service providers are paid by the labor cost predetermined and validated by each service provider and the project owner.
The timelines are particular to each project (type, category, and budget) and are normally defined by the project owners. However, they can integrate the suggestions of the professionals assigned to the projects based on the complexity and anticipated risks.
A: The payment is made by stages ( 30%, 15% x 4, and 10%). The 30% represent the initial (down) payment that triggers the execution phase. Subsequent payments of 15% (4 times) and 10% (once) must be made after approval of previous stages by the supervisor and project owner. The owner is free to tip the provider per stage.
A: In stages. The subscription fees are monthly based. The project budget is paid roughly in 30% down, 15% x 4 and 10%. We can discuss possible accommodations. But this timeline allows to enact proper supervision and to release the funds accordingly.
A: You pay through our payment system. Dhaxle buys a surety bond to cover your contract. The service providers are also required to post a bond. Because we are not dealing with constructions only, we favor the surety bond since it can be adjusted to different portions (stages) of the contract in its implementation.
A: The management does, when the proof of completion (reports and pictures) is validated (supervision report) for each section of the project previously paid and for the initial (down) payment.
A: Electronic through bank accounts. It makes it easier for the banking regulation and anti-money laundry.
A: Through electronic payment. Bank to bank essentially. Dhaxle receives the money from the project owner and transfers the payment according to local regulations and the cost.
A: The contracts are written with dollar amounts in United States. The money will arrive in dollar equivalent of official currency in the country of implementation.
